The art is repulsive. Seriously, her breasts are bigger than her torso. The ratio is just off. This is beyond too much of a good thing. Not to mention her basketball sized eyes, football shaped head, and complete lack of a nose. I'm all for stylized art, but maybe not in something that's attempting to titillate.

This artist without a doubt must've made/drawn hentai before especially with that kind of art style (Probably using an alt account or something)
If the series isn't to your liking because of its art style, story, characters, etc lemme remind you that this is probably made for horny people like me that just wanna beat my meat, so its purpose is mainly to titillate and not to show off its art like how an artist named "Oh Great" does (Seriously, the details Oh Great makes are godly especially in the Bakemonogatari manga)

The art style that the artist wants to make is probably something along the lines of a "Cute + Heavy ecchi" type
And why do you complain about her head? Big eyes are placed nicely (Unlike the old Clannad anime art style), and a Football head? Really? That's the best thing you can come up with? Jeez, no wonder your MD list is filled with edgy series (Either you're an actual edge lord or you're not used to seeing art styles like these)

Oh I'm not surprised. I've spent enough of time on the internet to find out that people have all kinds of tastes and fetishes. Nor am I perturbed by the idea of manga that exist solely for people to get off to (though I question their purpose when there's already plenty of actual hentai). My problems with this are specifically with the art style.
It's not the fact that her breasts are large, but that they're so large in comparison to her body that it becomes offputting instead of attractive. In addition to that, her head is wider than it is tall, she has no chin, and her eyes are so large there'd be no space in her head for her brain. Many of these are features shared by other manga, but they are here turned up to 11, which is a step too far for me. A lot of manga will minimize the nose, usually only having a line, dot, or shading to indicate its presence. Here, not only is there no nose at all, but there's no space where the nose should be, resulting in her eyes being too close to her mouth. Her torso is also too small for how large her arms, breasts, and hands are.
But here is where we can agree to disagree. For me, I vastly prefer more realistically proportioned characters, especially when they're trying to be sexy. But if you're genuinely attracted to this art style, that's perfectly fine by me. I don't understand why people are attracted to it and that makes me exasperated, but it's ultimately serving a specific niche of people, like manga in general.
As for my MD list, I read plenty more lighthearted series and enjoy the well enough. However, a lot of manga is just popcorn fluff: fun while you read it, but lacking any real substance. The series on my list aren't the only ones I've read, just my favorites. Not because their dark and edgy, but because they've got more going on under the hood. They're ambitious, complex, and unique. Each doing something original that you can't get anywhere else. The fact many of them are dark is incidental. There are plenty of dark and edgy series I don't care for at all. I put them on my list in the hopes that other people will check them out and get more out of them than the typical popcorn flick, and I hope you check them out too if you haven't already.

As for why people like those kind of disproportionate body types, I guess it's because of how cartoons generally do the same thing (Kinda like those people who are too into the "inflation/expansion" fetishes)
Oh, and one more thing: Do you dislike the disproportionate sizes or just the "art style" of the manga in general? (If you've chosen either one, can you say the same thing about the other manga that the artist made?)
