Some headphones work better than others with glasses. It's mainly the padding material (I heard velor is better than leather) but I wager clamping angle also playes a part. I suppose the thickness of your glasses' frame also matters.

Can't say for sure since I don't wear glasses, but I did borrow a friend's bluetooth headphone (some B&W model) while outside wearing sunglasses some weeks ago, and they were highly uncomfortable until I took the shades off, so I can sympathize with your plight at least.

Really depends on the pads, however I can not imagine anyone wearing glasses to feel comfortable with the DT48E. They're not even all that comfy without glasses. Plus, with glasses there's absolutely no way to get a seal on those.
