Viewing pages 1 and 2 with "fit width" and "Double page" enabled, one page is significantly larger than the other.
Which makes sense in theory, since one page is 3638x5102 and the other is 1091x1531.
But practically, they should be the same size with a similar appearance to if you have page 2 and 3 viewed as fit width/double page.
