we had the main two pairs, then we had the other girls who liked one of them and got heart broken and ended up with other girls, who then also had girls fall in love with them then getting heart broken and going with other girls ect, and now we have Lofree technically dating another girl with Jenna NOW getting her feelings strait...

I mean you're oversimplifying by quite a bit. But you can feel however you want obviously. This is currently at chapter 364. None of that happened in bunches (and not in the way you're describing either). Characters have relationships and a lot has happened in the story besides them.
