They both enjoy watching their dear 'friends' struggle in vain as they blissfully watch from the sidelines.
Honestly, a perfect couple. Little sorry for Latte though, only one spectator seat available. Arwin boots her out every time with a smile

lol Arwin was def. enjoying watching her suffer but maybe he also wanted to save the day for her. I mean he didn't even show up until they blamed Lottie not when the shelf fel on Ibelin and he may have just watched the shelf fall no interrst at all.

not really sure I understand what's Peridot plotting for since they said hurting Ibelin is not the true goal? since no way she can count on Kennneth being there to save Ibelin.
so originally, the plan goes like this?
1. If Ibelin getting hurt/dead = good
2. If Ibelin somehow saved from her predicament and apawn veereobvious caught and spill the beans = indicating Peridot, peridot will crying wolf saying i dunno anything it's a trap, I'm framed I tell ya *garnering sympathy*?
and they said the #2 is the true goal? I don't really understand. what's the profit for Peridot to put herself in 'I'm framed! I'm framed! I tell you!' spotlight. Isn't it better if she made it discreet instead? or is she planning to make this incident of reverse crying wolf? like, "what? did they framed Peridot again?? told you she didn't do it man" - or something like that?

I think it really is that simple. Latte's pretty lucky to always get to interact with the guys. Most girls only get a glimpse of them from afar. Remember how Latte tried to bump into the male leads before the 'plot' started and she was never able to? The prince is always in the castle, Kenneth avoids girls like the plague, and Arwin's in his tower or invisible. So to Peridot, it's a win win, either she hurts Ibilen and frames Latte, or she gets to interact with Kenneth or Arwin, but most likely Kenneth, as they investigate her. It's not like she's actually going to get caught yet.

@daallday latte not merely lucky, she's following Ibelin around to watch the drama. Same as other girls, it's actually rare for her to encounter them alone (mostly she met them on their way to see Ibelin). Arwin is a notable exception as this fish actually chasing Latte lolol
after rethinking again, yeah I think that was Peridot's plot = trying to 'set' herself up, then dodge the bullet by claiming it's somekind of impostor using her family carriage, so in her future schemes she will just saying, 'oh probably the same culprit-impersonating-my-family again' (this seems suspicious though, as her family is a marquis, so people would have a lot of guts to attempt to do so. but maybe it's open knowledge that her family is shady and she just need feeble excuse to avoid direct pointing?)

Latte was pretty smooth in how she snapped Arwin out of his murder mode. She caught his attention by using that flashy then made a joke so he could pick on her. The blood lust that he was exuding instantly vanished when she caught his attention, and after the spook the lady immediately confessed.
She has a lot of talent as a future Arwin wrangler and as she gets more comfortable with him they just keep clicking better and better.

eh... i'm suddenly wondering whatever happened to the subplot about her being an amazing writer... and also whatever happened to her obsession with popcorn? i didnt care for it in the first place, but its weird that she's totally lost a bunch of her quirks

Gods Arwin and Latte look so cute together. Also I really need to point out how cute it is when Latte just points at Arwin with the huge text "Yeah it's him" floating over her, completely nonchalant.
Arwin's smiles all look really good here, from the "I'm gonna fuck you up" one to the "genuinely delighted by a new side of Latte" one later on.
