I guess it just mean that generation after Taiyo would definitely lost their blooming power because the twin didn't have strong factor to give to their descendant. Each have half of the blooming.

Taiyou generation is anomaly because Taiyou himself wasn't part of the descendant yet able to adapt his body better than others true descendant.
