Cute? I guess this was made around peak covid but it would be awkward to confess with someone with a mask, if not one of the charas being relieved that wearing a mask is more common b/c they had some birthmark/facial scar they can hide with a mask

I always wonder if you really can't tell if someone is hideous just under a mask or not, I'm too American and deep in the south to really know, no one wore them here for me to compare

Other than also wearing a full beanie and sunglasses too a lot of ppl find 'good hair and eyes' attractive so unless they're hiding like a crooked nose or fucked up teeth most ppl would be fine with it/teenagers prolly don't look too uniquely ugly even when they're not attractive (then again a lot of the shoujo manga tend to show the 'unattractive' ppl as the nerdy otaku types), but i think 'maskfishing' was prolly a trend/selfie thing that ppl did (although for girls it'd prolly just be hiding like a breakout/acne if not just lack of makeup)
