Well The Protaganist isn't the POV of chapter 12, the first panel is from the friend's POV and then she's clearly not calling to the camera when calling The Protaganist. BUt the Introduction's aren't from anyone's perspective it seems. or if they are they are from the perspective of the person they are describing.
