It can't be helped sometimes, idk how often churches get 'shut down', controversies aside but if you're in the south/some rural /suburban area there can be a handful of landmarks and stuff and new stuff being built as well. I'm sure they can legally exist there but i imagine they can't open like, a strip club within a mile of like a school or so , and other ironic stuff, I know there's a dental office in one city that literally has a donut shop next to it but that seems more like it's planned together for mutually beneficial business lol
