I think Kenjou is likely to win, to show that even top Nishimura is no match for the older Akai - and that even if Sou and Natsuno beat Oujou without conceding a lot of runs, Touma's still needed to beat Kenjou because nobody else literally can. Not sure if Meisei will win their next match, though. This chapter shows that weird errors happen when playing against strong opponents, and I can imagine Sou crumbling under stress of having to both control the tactics and pitch against Oujou. Or Meisei will win, somehow, but then stand no chance against Kenjou.
