She likes frills and taiyaki. The original Miyu also seemed to be into frills, so this one immitates her fashion the best she can, which is going overboard with it. Perhaps the original let it slip that she likes taiyaki, so now the imposter eats only taiyaki in an effort to be more like her image of the original

The original eats taiyaki like a staple food, simple observation is enough to know she likes it

What on earth is Miyu wearing? It's got a china dress-style opening on the chest but a bunch of ribbons and frills on the sides. What a weird combination.

This whole story is going to be like this. Everyone they deal with is living at some extreme edge of the human envelope. I think it's just that kind of scenario; don't expect to run into characters who act like reasonable human beings at any point.
