As long as there's no sudden character introduced by the end of the series as the culprit, I'll assume for now that Miyu actually killed herself with the help of Yushin-kun.
Because Miyu always do whatever she wants to do with her beloved with her.
The time stamp we have believed thus far might not be the right one. Yushin might meet Miyu earlier than the meeting, then after that is when he broke his arms.
After all, Miyu and Yushin himself might not think what they did were wrong. It's not murder-suicide if you don't think it's one (for weird minded people-- which this class full of).
And think of the title, "Miyu's will always be (our) friend."
So far, the classmates we're seen are either idolizing Miyu or liking Yushin, even Miyu's real father think Yushin is a good person. It makes me think there's something about Yushin-Miyu relationship.
