It’s been a while but I think this is the first time we see what the current Miyu-chan looked like before the original died.

Maybe "Fukagawa" is a common family name. Maybe "Miyu" is a common given name. Maybe every birthday is just as common as every other. But for all of those to match up and for her to look almost exactly like the original Miyu? That's a bit much to just brush off as unimportant.

Real Miyu-chan had a normal happy childhood and was presumably birthed safely/in hospital
Fake/imposter "miyu-chan" was birthed on a toilet because her mother forgot her due date
So I don't think twins is possible

nah I'm pretty sure we got some glimpses of what she used to look like in the early chapters. It might not have been of her full face but I remember seeing her old hairstyle before
