i dont know where the author is getting his names but Leonor and Alburquerque are spanish. Leonor was the name of my grandma and Albuquerque is the is a city in New Mexico and if i remember correctly there are some streets/highways in Mexico City with that name.

I'm guessing he would want to refer to the book while conducting experiments and the library probably won't let him set up a lab or use his water magic indoors. Copying large portions of 3 books doesn't sound fun.

Yeah, I think you are correct.
Unfortunately, the series seems pretty low-effort when it comes to the art, monsters and some of the backgrounds are obviously CGI as well.

“you must of got it” should be either “must have“ or “must’ve“ (“must’ve” is the the contraction of “must have” which often sounds like “must of”).
“Guess there is not other choice” should be “guess there is no other choice“, “guess there’s no other choice”, “guess there's not another choice“, or “guess there is not another choice“.
”is time” should be “it is time” or “it’s time“.
