Volume 3 was released around 2012. So not too before Spirit Circle.
EDIT: Actually, the volume was published on the same day Spirit Circle started publishing, but obviously the chapters would be at least a year or two older.

MAL lists 8 chapter for volume 3 because chapter 66 of Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer was included in it.
All chapters are now known and chapter numbering should all be fixed.
Currently missing: chapter 21 and 23 (volume 3, chapter 3 and 5) and chapter 26 (volume 4, chapter 1)
