I saw a lot of manga(/manhwa) that has lots of chapters, and at some point mangaka looks at their work (mostly on long breaks, like a year) and sees their manga much more deeply, most of them just uses this to make a hot start to get back their readers and manga continues just like before, but rarely some mangaka sees what their manga truly is but at the end, they compare it to what they have envisioned and try to "correct" their manga to fit to their dreams and fail, yet some mangaka embraces their manga, its weirdness and its selling point and they go on overdrive and after that manga completly levels up and its appeal goes way up
what I m trying to say is that this manga is one of that ones, but rather than make a plot or story to it they just chose to crank this events up but now it looks as if it tries to mask how mangaka has no plan for this manga at all

You’d never believe it now, but I seem to remember at some point this manga had a coherent plot with backstory and established characters.
