And even though Manga has different plot than the LN, the base aspect is similar, and the Manga plot is currently somewhere between the plot of LN volume 2 & 3.

I said it before, but I do think that the plot changes for the manga, though more exciting, make it worse overall. They added big, long, and dramatic fights before the mc was competent enough to do anything other than be comic relief.

Basically that extra long fight scene between the devil and angel didn't happen.
Scenes that showcase them tobe a lot more OP than they are normally doesn't happen.
Certain parts of the worlds they live in while not summoned doesn't exist in the LN.

I feel like the adaptation team simply added those to make this work stand out from all the other gacha summon cuties manga titles out there. They were actively fighting against an future axe when the first part of this series is pretty lame.

That is a good point. Personally I still like the Manga better, it is "long winded enough" as it is and the MC being useless for 40 Chapters might work in a purely reading medium but probably is a boring read in a visual medium like manga.
Also I admit my comment was mostly about the Anime ... well not being really good. As adaptions go it wasn't the worst but I actually had a hard time to watch it to the end.
