They do this in Croatia to this day... Even if you only have PC/laptop, they want you to pay it because "you can recieve the broadcast". Not like they know how that shit works anyway, they see screen, they think you can watch TV broadcast on it. Some got beaten up and then they stopped being so fucking invasive.
