Crossbone has always been a bit silly and different from the rest of the UC but at this point I feel like it is getting dumb with just kind of... stupidly having things go wrong. Repeatedly it seems like people just can't react fast enough for anything. Now we have Jack, a life long merc and murderer... suddenly unable to kill an opponent mid battle? This whole "Oh we are noble and never kill anyone" thing is stupid to extend to him at this point. Ordering him to not kill his lover and him listening I'm fine with... But not wanting to kill this guy he's in a huge battle with is just idiotic. There's been so many instances in this where it feels like if someone just immediately acted there'd be no more big problem. But everything at this part of the story feels like : "Uh oh something is going to go wrong... stares at something happening OH NO NOW WE'RE IN TROUBLE BECAUSE SOMETHING HAPPENED!"
