Okay. What series was this chapter referring to?

Gundam Evolve, a 3D series of shorts consisting of what if's from the UC. Technically the short this chapter is based off of isn't a what if and more of a "what was Amuro doing during the first Neo-Zeon war", which i guess is why it's considered canon enough to be included here.
