The Phenex incident occurs December UC 0095 and I believe we're still in 0094 with Pulitzer

Definitely just the sector itself, because the events after the OYW portion of the main Thunderbolt story is pretty much its own Delaz Conflict without the Titans forming

The manga starts in December of 0094, by the time she made contact with Job John it's already February 0095, so it will definitely lead to the Phenex Incident in December of 0095.

I don't think that it's Amuro's Dijeh. I mean, it could very well be, but Bosch mentioned that Luio & Co provided them with the equipment, and we know from Narrative that they have their own.
