During the playground scene Konoka says that she heard lots about her dad as a kid from grandma.
Arika's mom is dead and has been for the whole story. Does that mean that Reisuke's mom woke up from her coma at some point? And the author just totally missed covering that? Having her wake up and see where her son is at now, that her own mom is there, and meeting Arika wasn't worthy of at least one chapter?
That's a shame.
