Funny thing is that last time I checked, their (site management) answer to some other user's complaint was something like "You guys asked for it, why are you complaining now?". I almost think that they're missing the point on purpose...

Looks like bread pizza more than toast. Using ketchup instead of a proper sauce is pretty high up there on this cat's list of crimes though.

You can see the ketchup bottle there. Looks to just be bread, ketchup, cheese, and peppers. As for the sauce before baking, that's pretty normal with bread pizzas, since the whole idea is that you're making a pizza on normal bread instead of pizza dough. Usually done on segmented baguettes or smaller sandwich rolls, but when you're poor the last few slices off a white bread loaf work just as well.
