Every time a pathetic NTR bait appears I lower my final score of the manga by 1 point. Don't know how to fill up the content of your manga, but your writing is too poor to add proper drama? Use NTR bait! Even an ape could write something like this.
And of course, MC has to act in a shitty way. Ignoring it and continuing their relationship normally, because he's bound to find out something eventually anyway, and he's not in a romantic relationship with her anyway? Naaah, that'd be too logical, as we know, MCs in mangas which use NTR bait don't use their brain, just their heart filled to the brim with jealousy and possessiveness. Just let him act like a toddler who saw his bff playing with someone else.
Just look at his conversation with the "blanket", summarizing a few key points:
