Languages with gender specific pronouns are cursed to have troubles translating those that don't or that can easily avoid using the pronouns at all. I still think that "their name" looks unnatural because it makes it sound like Kokoro is on purpose trying to hide Natsuki's gender. In reality it's just a technical issue with the English language, but it's still weird with that wrong impression it carries. It only works perfectly when the gender of the person being mentioned is unknown to the speaker. That's just how it is in English and similar languages.
