Dorm life seems rough, especially with classmates like those. I agree that the addition of another girl that sees the yokai is a very interesting angle to take. Shizuru and Mizuki are pretty lucky to be born in a family with experience in dealing with that stuff, the other girl seems what would happen in most other cases.
