Grandma's thanks to Mizuki at the end is written out explicitly as 有り難う, which I think is deliberately meant to subtly invoke this, because she says this after Mizuki suggests she rests. See also Grandpa's comment afterwards. Can't really fit it into the translation though.

Great chapter. I knew what was up the moment she appeared but Mizuki finding out still hit hard. Also gramps is such a great character, this chapter really cemented that for me. Thanks for your work, I'm glad this series is getting a translation!

Very good chapter, always sad having a family member on their death bed. I believe they made this the finale of the anime, where in that case the grandma was alive for the whole season. I imagine it was pretty hard for shizuru to see her grandma's ghost though, impressed she could remain her composure at that age.

I know this chapter is coming but I still cried. At least they can still see her sometimes where a lot of people won’t have this luxury. Including me
