Gotta like how despite everything Shizuru chooses to help her friends at the cost of herself, it really show how well she sticks to her values and what she deems important. As shown here she wants to help possessed classmates and especially her friend, depsite being reprimanded for it by her grandpa and misaki and knowing it will endanger herself too. Shizuru could easily become more of what misaki wants to see, becoming more reclusive and not caring for friendships. Or she could go with her other friend, pretending nothing is happening and she can live her normal high school life. Despite this she chooses to help misaki with the negative rumours surrouding her, despite misaki not caring herself. And choosing to help Momose with her possesion, despite the danger and misaki hating that. This is also the first time Shizuru tells someone normal about her condition right, something she always wanted to do with someone. So we'll have to see how that turns out as well. And Misaki while maybe warming up to Shizuru a little, probably hates this because of her past. Seeing as Misaki was exploited for her ability. Yet Shizuru keeps believing in the best of other people, just thought that was pretty neat. excited for what happens next haha
