That's nice, her big sister is away and now she got a younger brother.

Really like this one, it shows that Mizuki is growing up and not just that she's gone through these events before but that her grandfather probably did too. He can't remember if he followed along way back when he was young but he did grow up with the same powers and he's only mad because he sees himself in Mizuki and she's only mad because she sees herself in the new kid.

Not quite, though. Grandpa actually DOESN'T see himself in his granddaughters, and this has been implied several times in previous chapters. The girls are much more sensitive than he himself is. It's been hinted that in grandpa's time a support structure existed in society for people like them and it was even possible to get properly "educated" in the supernatural, unlike the case with the sisters who get somewhat haphazard teaching from him. What he sees in them is a bit of a side effect of his own involvement in the supernatural and he's been trying to steer them away from his path in life.

Nice chapter, similar to Shizuru earlier it really shows that Mizuki is more experienced with dealing with her situation and has become sort of like a mentor herself. I like the fake out in the beginning where you think that it's Mizuki getting reprimanded, but it turns out to be just a flashback. Nice that she has someone with a similar condition to her as well. Thanks for the TL as always.
