The problem with ignoring tl notes is that usually they're useful for supplying important context, so at least personally I always read them. It's fine when they're occasionally humorous, but in this case it was all jokes and didn't help understanding the story or dialogue

It's just annoying, and they added even more nonsense than usual in the next chapter

Please, do as @Swordhaxor says. It really disturbs the flow of the reading. Also, please try to find a proofreader, someone with english as first language if possible. You'll avoid sentences like "Lie down and rest for me quickly" and "It's hurttt...!!!"
