You want to read momose Akira, you need to go to viz and set your VPN.
You want to read Smoking behind the supermarket, you need to go to MangaUp.
You want to read SpyxFamily, you need to go to MangaPlus.
You want to read Goblin Slayer, you need to go to BookWalker.
You want to read Scanlated manga, it's either aggregators or discord servers.

Each has their own planning you need to monitor if you want to know about new release.
You have to track when a publisher is dropping a manga because they never tell you so you don't know if the 5 months break means they're busy translating or not.

You have to track MAL new release planning to see English global publications.
You have to track your local manga news site to see local global publications.

I just wanted to give my fucking money in exchange for regular & translated SOL romance manga.

For those like me who don't live in the "proper" region: use a VPN like protonvpn (free unlimited data with limited selection of locations to choose from), connect to a NA server and download the viz app. After you have it, it doesn't need VPN to work. You can make an account if you want, it lets you. Only thing you can't do is subscribe (at least for me, on android).
Also komick has the official chapters if that's your preference.

Try changing your location in the app store too. Not sure if I needed it or not.
