Almost off topic but, how do these physical test work in other countries? Here we were hard trained for an entire month each year on PE and only then they gave us the test, consisting mostly of Cooper's Test and then some jumping and almost random stuff. We always got a second weight measurement after this test too, the first one being at the start of the year.
But the thing is I never knew if the training was a standard part of it or was just the teacher trying for us to pass so he didn't have to fail us on PE
