Honestly I like how welcoming the adventurers are once you passed. It makes total sense that they want to humble newbies, its better to to be too cautious then confident when starting out.

This is a really nice guild compared to many other stories. Way too often do you see adventurers who act like jerks and get away with it, and sometimes the guilds themselves are sketchy organizations. The one we have here seems full of camaraderie.
