Are any of them going to point out that there's a huge difference between killing someone and getting into an accident that causes someone's death? They're both bad, but the first is obviously way worse. I thought that that was going to be a big reveal, and everybody who doubted him would either realize that he's not really a killer and feel bad, or try to rationalize their hatred of him some other way. They all just act like the motorcycle accident is just as bad as killing somebody and only react when his friend questions if he was really the rider.
