Alright so my theory is that it definitely has to be people in monkey costumes that were affected by the companies drug decision, working together with some people inside the company that feel they should be punished. Of course they would back off here, they have only been killing from positions of surprise attacks and crazy guy is built like a brick shithouse, there's no way to take him down like this without possibly being killed.
