i forgot but if they did it only for 1 ch then dont add it, but if they did it occasionaly then its okay to add it. it sorta happens to tensai majo about wheter or not to add genderbender tag on it because mc didnt do it early but later ch near the end he did it a lot of times

I agree with @goro-goro and @Kreate a tag is only needed if it becomes a reoccurring theme or has a polarizing effect on the manga/audience. Something like a character cross dressing for a few chapters would barely be a blip on the radar, but even one rape scene or excessively gory action sequence would quickly need a tag as warning.
