These villians feel so one dimensional you could just represent them with a single line. They discuss some sort of terrible and petty revenge against a powerless kid who has never done them any wrong. Surely it's more than a cliche plot device, definitely something successful evil people would waste time with.

And then it cuts to the said kid planning birthday party, wtf? Is the age really translated correctly? For most part MC looks middle school but now he acts the part too.
