The mother is... weird. Your child says they could see someone was in a bad mood or someone is jealous and your first thought is that they're a habitual liar? Maybe they're just perceptive? Or saw a detective show on TV and are trying to predict what people think like "those cool detectives"? How about talking with the child about it? Seriously, woman...
