Perhaps because he played as the blonde dude (the game's MC) instead of Len (judging on the intro Len seems to be somewhat mysterious in game)...

Yeah, but that doesn't affect what I said. Something changed in the original Ren's (or Len's) life that made him leave the village and become a villain. Otherwise he wouldn't have been a villain character in the game. So, if the isekaied Japanese Ren is reborn as that particular character, he automatically knows something's going to happen. Probably not anything good.

If you look closely, he can summon and dispel the swords and bracelet. When sparring with his father, he hides the bracelet using gloves.
