Btw, I think all the orcs should have been executed on the spot with headshots from the sniper with actual bullets, instead of just busting their weapons. Why allow them to live when they were willing to kill and rape?

I don't think those orcs know what mainstream is, what they are asking for is too specific so is confusing the point.
What they should ask for is to have more orc centric media. Short, to the point and simple and that would then naturally make the orc genre mainstream.

Either way they're stupid though since the government doesn't control that stuff, they can slightly influence it but not to the degree these idiots seem to think.

A bazooka or other such shoulder fired anti-armour weapons are technically small arms as well (small arms being anything that can be fired by an individual holding it in their hands or mounted against or on the shoulder), though more specifically they would fall under the light weapons part of the SALW category (Small Arms and Light Weapons) which includes things like heavy machine guns and grenade launchers
