Remind me a bit from Somali to Mori no Kami-sama where human is a rare race they are exterminated nearly to extinction because of propaganda among non-human society. Though some of the fault was cause by human themself but our MC a guardian golem and human child searching the rest of a colony and preventing more human hunt
