The pacing is ugh
So you go to a monster breeder to get help? There's no association that tries to categorize various problems and potential solutions? Heck the breeders just seem to be guessing on the materials without doing any research so I can kinda understand why the basic degree requires you to evolve a creature, but that's also harsh it ain't a explored topic (especially if you have limited resources and no one knows the average needed to evolve a creature)
All in all, there's alot of issues with this system, but I'm not sure if that's a positive or a negative for this story
