The fact that this renovation plan comes right after people were almost burnt to death by a hate crime is wild. The absolute nerve. "Happy you didn't die but that doesn't mean you're welcome! :3"

And in the same chapter, we have a lovely scene with common people making do while others make their big plans and trample everyone else. Scene showing the worth of diversity, it's an endless wealth of discoveries and culture to appreciate.

I'm glad Tenma met someone kind but also down to get to business. There's enough people already telling him 'Killing is bad, m'kay'
