thanks for the translation!

hatomori really taking mi case e su casa to the literal there, but glad she is making a better place for riri to return to and nest in

also glad riri got her issues ironed out, especially with not too much drama just a bit of trying to atlas issues herself

Is this series ending? There aren't any standing conflicts or unexplained characters, but there are still threads for conflict. Both pairs can grow closer and are at risk for being outed. A wrap up art would fit just as well though.

Was this series a prequel to mangaka x idol chapters? Seriously, Hato and Ruri seems like an unfinished story the author wants to write, and they reached a smooth conclusion without it feeling final. We didn't even see how they grew close enough for Ruri to be a guest so often. A new title would be a good way to swap the primary pairing and expand the cast.

This manga is doing well enough to last for longer, so if it ends, it'll probably be because the author decided to wrap it up, she has her other manga going on after all, and this feels like a very cozy ending point.

But thing is, with this premise it's easy to introduce conflict, like, there are several that comes to mind such as:

*. Dwell deeper into Asako's past dating life, like an EX-GF entering the frame to flare up her insecurities and test the relationship.
*. Dwell deeper into Miyako's past life as an idol.
*. Asako's nature backfiring in some way with Miyako. (We've seen bits of this, like in chapter 19)
*. Both of them dealing with their families in some way or shape.
etc etc

Or the story could go in the direction of the girls simply spending time together and getting even closer.
So who knows, if the author wants conflict, there are a lot of ways to go for it, on the other hand, if the author wants to wrap up the story, this is a good point too.

I still think that the manager stalking one of her charges should've been addressed.
Same, but thing is, you hear a lot of weird ass things when it comes to idol managers.
So what in our eyes is a massive "WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER!?", in the mangaka's eyes can be some normal behavior not worth addressing, I guess? (Or maybe she simply doesn't want to deal with it as her approach to drama is a rather softer one)

The Japanese idol industry works in ways beyond our understanding.

Yeah. This arc feels like a breather from problems in the main relationship while cementing a secondary relationship rather than a move toward the end. Now that it's resolved, there's likely to be problems in the main relationship that will come up, like an ex showing up.
