Not gonna lie, at this point I am kind of wanting the MC to stay as the adult female. If he was stuck as the kid, then I think it'd be a bit annoying though. Unless this manga did a complete 180 and went for a comedic route of an OP loli that used to be a man being looked down upon constantly. Just for him to destroy them, but be she that the cat maid was brought along.
