Just a little info, but they're probably bilberries, not northern highbush blueberry, they're more suitable for baking than their more common in US and rest of the world berries.

Bilberries are bit sour, less watery and very aromatic but their shelve time is shorter compared to northern highbush blueberries which are better for just eating not baking.

Baking with highbush blueberries will make far less aromatic cake and may turn it soggy.
