So, what exactly was stopping the gods from simply giving her a teleportation skill?

So there IS a skill related to teleportation. 10 chapters later and the question still remains: why didn't the gods just give Charlotte a teleportation skill? They gave her countless overpowered skills which made her into pretty much a demi-god, when the simplest solution was right there the whole time? Is there not a single person in this manga with a functioning brain?
