Edit: After reading, our MC clearly went into this relationship on purpose. Trying to call him a 'victim' removes his intentional role in this. It'd be different if he was an actual child (12 or below), but he is a teenager with more capacity for rational and higher thought than a child, although likely muddled by hormones. Regardless, it doesn't matter because THIS ISN'T REAL. And the girl is likely about to break off their relationship because he's still underage and she is clearly attracted to him despite that, so she probably wants to wait for him to be legal before she crosses that line. Same for the other woman to appear, most likely.
