you can just put the parts together and release them as a single chapter, its what most tend to do
for this one reading them in parts is awkward since it doesn't fit how the chapters are structured

and yeah it's a publisher thing since it encourages people to buy the parts as they release (normally one is free and the other is paid until the next chapter releases)
