Wow. It's rare to see someone with autism in manga. Seeing this reminds me of myself pre-diagnosis. I'm guessing he doesn't know or hasn't had it explained to him well.
@SoloSera That's totally what I though while reading I don't know if it was an intentional representation of autism but this mangaka seems to have a thing for seme with poor social skills, the seme from Soredemo Kamawanai also looks like he could be on the spectrum
